We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Property team at Greggs as an Estates Management Surveyor. As Estates Management Surveyor you will contribute to the continued growth of the company.

About the role

  • This is a full-time role
  • This role is on a 12 month fixed term basis
  • We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role is Innovate House, Balliol Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne

What you'll do

  • Manage Rent reviews and Lease Renewals for the business, working with our external property agents to achieve the best outcomes for the company

  • Property Management – work cross functionally with colleagues to resolve any property management issues that arise in our estate

  • Contribute to the management of our ambitious refit program

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

  • Are a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

  • Have experience in property management

  • Are computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 

  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas and opportunities 

  • Can demonstrate excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Have the proven ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively

  • Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service

  • Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

  • Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

  • Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together

  • Are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good
