We are seeking a Growth Support Analyst to support the Digital Growth Manager in the development and management of key digital initiatives to unlock both new opportunities and to optimise existing workstreams. 

The successful candidate will have a key role to play as part of a growing and fast-paced Digital team. The role will act as a day-to-day support to the Digital Growth Manager, helping to identify, shape and coordinate initiatives such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & App Store Optimisation (ASO), web and app growth opportunities via A/B testing, and any in-store digital advancements.  

The successful candidate will work with various internal stakeholders including the Greggs Digital team, IT/Technology, Customer, Business Leads and third-party agencies & platform providers to ensure our strategy is driving commercial benefit and is improving the digital experience of our customers and colleagues.  

We are looking for an inquisitive individual who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and has the ability to work with large teams to coordinate projects.

About the role

  • This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
  • We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role is Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

What you'll do

As Growth Support Analyst you’ll:

  • Report to Digital Growth Manager and work in the high-performing Greggs Digital team.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Digital Growth Manager in key business plan initiates to ensure they are being progressed at pace, helping capture actions and follow up on key challenges to unblock progress.
  • Facilitate/participate in workshops & project meetings to support Digital Growth Manager in documentation and administrative support as required.
  • Liaise with other teams within the business to make sure they are clear on dates and timings of key digital initiatives. 
  • Support Digital Growth Manager to embed and deliver SEO & ASO strategies
  • Work with data sets to interpret trends and identify any opportunities to optimise app and web performance
  • Ensure insight, research and data is at the centre of digital decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with latest industry and digital trends
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and report on strategies and techniques used within our competitor landscape
  • Support with management of third-party suppliers and platforms
  • Collaborate with internal App and Web Product teams to drive new initiatives
  • Seek to continually improve team working practices and process to help ensure smooth running of planning and delivery
