About the role
Working at Greggs you will find that we are industry leading when it comes to our fleet, technologies and importantly, training our Driver colleagues. We place the highest of importance on ensuring our Drivers and fleet are safe and compliant. So, we’ll provide you with the best training including annual CPC training, Advanced Driver training, Tachograph training, DVWC, Slow Manoeuvre and The Highway Code training.
As well as providing brilliant training, Greggs will pay for your DCPC, Driver medicals and Driver card.
What you'll do
As an HGV Class 1 Driver you’ll provide bulk deliveries and collections to and from our network of sites throughout the UK in multi-temperature loads. You’ll be driving one of our modern fleet of refrigerated or curtain-sided HGVs, fitted with the latest technology and safety features, such as telematics and vehicle cameras.
About you

You are enthusiastic, reliable and take pride in your role as a professional driver

You have held a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Category CE/Class 1 driving license for at least 1 year (Maximum 6 penalty points)

You have an up-to-date Driver CPC card and training
-
Hold a valid digital Tachograph card

You have excellent knowledge of driver's hours regulations

You have experience of making bulk deliveries
