About the role

  • This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) 
  • The base location for this role is Q9, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne

What you'll do

  • Set up and maintain supply chain data within our business systems, ensuring information is accurate and completed on time.
  • Support supply chain and cross functional teams by providing comprehensive SAP and integrated business planning data set up and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain activity trackers, team channels, and project timelines, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Create and distribute regular reports and updates to support business activities.
  • Organise and facilitate weekly team meetings, providing updates and following up on actions.
  • Manage product delisting activities, ensuring obsolete items are removed from systems in a timely manner.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of new products and business initiatives, ensuring agreed processes and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor product specification changes and assess any impact on manufacturing and supply chain data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help maintain product availability through accurate data management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality, making recommendations for change.
  • Support business projects and system improvements through data validation, testing, and process checks.

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

  • Have proven elevated levels of accuracy and attention to detail, familiarity with data.
  • Have good interpersonal skills to use to communicate with Stakeholders, using a variety of methods and demonstrating the ability to support others appropriately.
  • Have strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience of analysing data. The ability to identify current and potential problems and suggest workable solutions.
  • Have experience of working under pressure, and managing deadlines and large data sets effectively.
  • Have experience of using SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
