We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Test Analyst with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP Datasphere/reporting tools to join our dynamic test team here at Greggs. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and performance of our SAP landscape across supply chain, logistics and data reporting functions.
You will be responsible for designing, creating and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy across SAP modules and reporting platforms.

About the role
- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP S/4HANA and ECC modules
- Validate data flows and reporting accuracy within SAP Datasphere and associated BI tools
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects using Azure Dev Ops test management solution
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as Material Management/Procurement, Sales, Retail and Distribution
- Ideally hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere or Data Warehouse Cloud and reporting tools
- Solid knowledge of data validation, ETL (Extract, Load and Transform) testing, and data reconciliation
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (Tricentis Tosca or Selenium)
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst in SAP environments, particularly S/4HANA and ECC
- Knowledge of performance and capacity testing in SAP environments
- Ability to work in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, or similar test management tools

Are results focused with strong planning, prioritising and organisation skills
Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience of analysing information and issues to identify current and potential problems and develop and implement workable solutions
Able to engage and work collaboratively with other teams to make improvements to processes and influence stakeholders at all levels
A good communicator, able to operate at all levels clearly and concisely with the proven ability to communicate complex data terminology so it is understood by the data owner and the business
