We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Supply Chain team at Greggs for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the Demand Planning team on a full-time basis. The role will be to support the Demand Planning Team with various administration tasks, being a key point of contact for our various stakeholders both internal and external.

About the role
- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is Greggs House, Longbenton
What you'll do
As Demand Planning Administrator you’ll:

Provide administrative support for the Supply Chain Data Co-Ordinator, including data validation

Support with the collation of information to enable the publication of a Supply Chain Product Set Up document to inform our manufacturing sites of recipe changes and product launches

Support in the management of a central inboxes to field queries on forecasts and Supply Chain data

Use SAP reporting transactions to inform weekly reporting

Support with the collation of information to create and publish product launch & delist related information to keep our teams up to date with upcoming activity

Create and publish feedback surveys for each product launch and delist in Microsoft Forms

Maintain Supply Chain Launch Information SharePoint site with weekly updates and news posts

Collate visual standards documentation for Greggs Made Products

Carry out other general administration tasks as required
About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft 365 tools
