We have an exciting opportunity for someone as a Franchise Partner Support Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Franchise Partners shops and support teams within their area.

Supporting partners to understand Greggs retail core training programmes and that they are completed within the timescales set. 

To act as the Greggs representative on site during the opening of franchise shops and ensuring new shops are opened to a great standard.

Support our Franchise partners by visiting shops within your area identifying opportunities for improvement and working with the support teams to drive sales and standards across the franchise state.

Implementing the delivery of the Greggs brand standards through pre onsite training and support

Participate in the audit and action planning process to ensure full delivery of Greggs Brand Standards. 

This is a Grade A Management role. The base location for this role is Southeast. This role is a remote based role but will require regular travel across the country and visits to Greggs House in Newcastle. Full driving licence is required.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the delivery of Basic Ingredients, Spread of Knowledge and Company Induction etc. through training the trainer, completing in shop observations and audits of training activity and outcomes following shop handover.
  • Manage and support the successful opening of franchise shops.
  • Ensure the right quantities of equipment and materials are on site ready for a successful shop opening. Provide high quality on-site training and support during the handover process and shop openings, creating a quality learning environment.
  • Support and monitor the franchise partners teams standards in relation to all aspects of shop category sales. Assist in the auditing of franchise shops and completes the relevant action plans to rectify and issues highlighted.
  • Support franchise partners to deliver product and promotional launches. Actively support product quality and presentation standards. 
  • Using analytical tools available to identify opportunity shops within your area, spending time with Multisite Managers/ Brand Managers and building their knowledge of the Greggs Brand and what tools are available for them to manage their own shops.
  • Work with franchise partner management to identify training needs and opportunities.
  • Support the audit process and monitor action plans to ensure franchise partners deliver the standards required within the Greggs brand.
  • Work positively and with enthusiasm to encourage our franchise partners shop teams work in line with the Greggs Values. Challenge operational standards within the franchise partners teams. Work with the Franchise Team to ensure maximum efficiency of the support of franchise partners.

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

  • You have the ability to produce products to a high standard of specification and presentation. As well as, train and develop others to deliver the Greggs brand standards of operation
  • You can show knowledge of the EPOS and Back Office Systems
  • You are competent on the use of Microsoft Office Programmes
  • You have good knowledge and understanding of LMS at shop level or above
  • You have self-confidence, positive attitude and pride in the Greggs brand whilst showing enthusiasm and interest in the products
  • You have the ability to act as a Brand Ambassador for Greggs delivering a great service to our franchise partners.
