About the role
- N1 grade role
- This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, however flexibility in this will be considered
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is Balliol Park, Balliol Business Park West, NE12 8EW
What you'll do
- Ensure the daily production plan for all production lines in Balliol is in place
- Plan all related production processes: Cookers, Defining process, Sprinkle plans
- Work to KPI's - Order fill rate and schedule adherence targets and accurate production plans
- Review 8 weeks plan shared by Central Planning Team and update in Sap each week
- Communicate changes with Manufacturing Teams and other relevant functions
- Weekly calls with Central planning team to confirm status of Plans, stock holding and rework status
- Planning in new product trials and maintenance requests from Engineering department
- Attend shutdown and startup meetings, sharing plans for the following week
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Are a skilled SAP user
Are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service
Have proven high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Have experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace
Have Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong administrative and organisational skills
Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
Have proven strong numerical and analytical skills
Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
