What you'll do

• Ensure the daily production plan for all production lines in Balliol is in place
• Plan all related production processes: Cookers, Defining process, Sprinkle plans
• Work to KPI's - Order fill rate and schedule adherence targets and accurate production plans
• Review 8 weeks plan shared by Central Planning Team and update in Sap each week
• Communicate changes with Manufacturing Teams and other relevant functions
• Weekly calls with Central planning team to confirm status of Plans, stock holding and rework status
• Planning in new product trials and maintenance requests from Engineering department
• Attend shutdown and startup meetings, sharing plans for the following week

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

• Are a skilled SAP user

• Are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels

• Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service

• Have proven high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Have experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace

• Have Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have strong administrative and organisational skills

• Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

• Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Have proven strong numerical and analytical skills

• Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

• Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
