About the role
- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is at Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle, NE12 8BU
What you'll do
As Retail Coordinator you’ll:
- Support the delivery of business activity the skilled coordination of Regional Retail Management and Shop Teams
- Provide a forward looking and flexible support service
- Manage the retail aspects of the Shop Development Process (New Shops, Refits and Re-sites)
- Work with key stakeholders and follow agreed processes to carry out ad hoc changes to the Greggs Shop Estate
- Take accountability for co-ordinating activities to support the wider business in areas such as equipment roll outs, local marketing activities and Charity initiatives
- Carry out a range of administrative services on behalf of the retail team
- Respond to Retail feedback and manage queries
- Support the annual Greggs Performance Scorecard and Shop of the Year competitions
- Provide regular cover for the Greggs House Reception desk and holiday cover for executive PA
- Propose service improvements and opportunities for greater efficiency, while keeping up to date as changes take place
About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:
- You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
- You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
- IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
