We have a fantastic opportunity to join the South East team at Greggs as a Retail Operations Manager covering the East Anglia territory.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, the successful candidate will own the delivery and operation of a diverse retail portfolio of shops throughout East Anglia.
You will lead teams across 100+ shops in a range of locations such as high street, travel hubs and out of town as well as be responsible for delivering an aggressive new shop and refit programme across your territory.
You will be an experienced multi-site retail operator with a proven track record in leading and developing a large team of Area Managers as well working cross-functionally across wider-retail.

About the role
- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

About you

- Significant experience in a Regional Operations Manager role or similar within retail.
