We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital team at Greggs as a Senior Software Developer and support Greggs in delivering an exciting suite of innovative, greenfield products which will ensure that both digital and physical in-store offerings, such as Greggs.co.uk, Click and collect and Greggs Careers, deliver a great experience for our customers and colleagues.

About the role
- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

You should:
- Be passionate about writing clean, testable and maintainable code
- Have an in-depth knowledge of one or more modern web frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Angular etc.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript
It would be advantageous if you had any of the following:
- Have knowledge of modern web application authentication and authorisation approaches including JWT, OpenID Connect and OAuth
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Experience of working with a Headless CMS
- .NET, although it’s not essential
- Experience with TypeScript and Object Oriented Programming
- Experience with Unit test frameworks such as Jest, Vitest etc.
- A focus on web performance, accessibility and security best practices
- Experience working with and calling RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.
- Experience with version control systems eg. Git, Azure Repos and Bitbucket
