About the role
- This is a full-time role secondment until July 2025, however flexibility in this will be considered
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is Greggs Head Office - Q9 but availability for remote working available.
What you'll do
- Contribute and support to the implementation & testing of the new specification system via data migration.
- Completion & maintenance of Specification Status Trackers to ensure accurate data available to key stakeholders.
- Complete objectives and KPIs (e.g. Mass Updates / Allergen Audits) – providing updates each reporting period/as required.
- Provide specification detail reports to relevant stakeholders such as; Where used reports, Specification status updates etc.
- Responsible for the CST Inbox and ensuring all emails are forwarded to the relevant function or raised at the relevant meetings
- Responsible for leading team meetings and ensuring notes & actions are taking and resolved prior to the next meeting
About you
We are looking for individuals who have drive, and can demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

The ability to build strong cross functional relationships
