About the role
We are looking for a Full Time Test Analyst to join us on the Next-Generation SAP project. We have kicked off the project to upgrade our current SAP systems to the next generation. The role of a test analyst on this project is: to understand what the requirements of the business are for the new solution, create test scenarios based upon how the new solution will meet the business requirements, execute scripted test cases and capture test evidence, log and report any issues in the form of defects, report test results and progress to key stakeholders in the project.
You should:
Be very knowledgeable in testing fundamentals and ‘shift left’ testing principles
Have experience with UI and roles-based testing
Care about delivering a high standard of work
Have a methodical approach to completing and prioritizing your workload
Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in testing
It would be advantageous if you:
Have experience with testing SAP Fiori apps
Have experience with using SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC/EWM
Have used Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage test creation and execution
Have used Tricentis Tosca for test case automation
Have experience with API testing using tools such as Postman
Are an ISTQB certified Tester (Foundation or other)
What you'll do
Collaborating with Greggs stakeholders, developers and 3rd party systems integrators to gain full understanding of the requirements to be delivered and tested.
As part of the test team, give estimates for scoping, planning and execution of tests
Creation and execution of test scripts including running full regression tests and sharing results and risks with key stakeholders.
Logging issues within our defect tracking system and ensure collaboration with the team to resolution
Supporting the team lead and highlighting any risks to test deliverables
Peer Reviewing test cases from peers to ensure the best test coverage to ensure we are building quality into the project early
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
Have a good eye for detail
Have experience using SAP in your day to day role within the business, either GUI or Fiori tiles
Have experience working collaboratively across functions
Be knowledgeable in how Greggs operates as a business, from Supply Chain to Retail
Care about delivering a high standard of work
Have a methodical approach to completing and prioritizing your workload
It would be advantageous if you:
Have any experience with software testing, including participating in any User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Are considered a SAP super user in your team, with an extensive knowledge of business processes within SAP
Have any experience with using Microsoft Azure DevOps
Are highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
