We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business to Business and Consumer Gifting Manager to join us here at Greggs.

In this role, you’ll shape and implement our strategy, manage key partnerships, and identify new opportunities to attract and retain customers. With a focus on brand integrity, customer experience, and sales performance, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to enhance our offerings and drive the growth of Greggs’ B2B and B2C.

About the role

  • This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered
  • We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
  • The base location for this role is Newcastle Upon Tyne

What you'll do

  • Deliver the development, implementation and performance of the Greggs B2B/B2C propositions and strategy
  • Manage and optimise our relationships with key B2B partners
  • Research industry trends and use this to attract new and appropriate clients to Greggs to grow B2B and drive incremental sales 
  • Find and implement new ways to attract new customers to Greggs via our B2B and B2C opportunities including rewards programmes, colleague incentives and targeting opportunities across the customers of other brands
  • Lead our B2C strategy and drive sales across all channels including in shop, online and via our partners 
  • Be the brand “guardian” for our B2B/B2C activity working cross functionally across the teams to ensure all customer facing collateral meetings brand, technical and legal requirements
  • Own the Customer Experience for all things B2B/B2C ensuring our clients and their customers benefit from a fantastic experience with Greggs and recommended us further
  • Manage the B2B and B2C managers to ensure their contribution to the success of the business and to provide career development opportunities

About you

You will fit right into this role if you:

  • Have previous experience working with B2B clients and/or external businesses in a collaborative and integrated way
  • Experience in managing financial forecasts, budgets and fulfilment processes
  • Ability to identify and optimise growth opportunities for Greggs by working with other businesses
  • Commercial prowess and a firm understanding of key financial metrics and reporting
  • Ability to analyse performance reporting to provide feedback
  • Exceptional cross functional team working skills and relationships
  • Ability to create and deliver strong presentations in order to influence others and gain support from cross functional teams
  • Thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to use information, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • An ability to review and challenge existing processes and procedures including suggesting improvements which will help the efficiency of the workstream 
  • An ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines
  • Confident personality and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence in presenting to external clients and holding meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good
