About the role
- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
- The base location for this role is Kelso
What you'll do
Supplies administrator duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering phone calls and following up queries
- Produce minutes from meetings
- Act as note taker for any staff disciplinary meetings
- Scanning/photocopying confidential documents
- Input data for factory staff time & attendance system and follow up on any missing information
- Control supply of stationery
- Order and control stock of chemicals / Hygiene consumables & vending machine stock
- Keep all notice board up to date
- Undertake site internal audits and GMP inspections
- Support the development of skills on the factory floor
- Co-ordinate site training modules using Greggs online system
- Generate Standard Operating Procedures for all equipment on site
- Maintain training matrix

Food Safety level 3 desired but not essential as training will be provided
